Creations by the Nyle – Return, Replacement, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Creations by the Nyle, every item is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we maintain the following policies regarding cancellations, refunds, replacements, and exchanges.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@creationsbythenyle.com or creationsbythenyle@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour cancellation period has expired.

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, incorrect purchases, or preference-related concerns.

  • All sales are final, except for approved cancellations submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged Item Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it with the same item, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must notify us by email within 3 days of the delivery date.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage to the item and packaging.

  3. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement will be issued.

  4. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be provided.

  5. The basic return shipping cost will be reimbursed after we receive the damaged item and a valid shipping receipt.

  6. Expedited, express, or upgraded shipping costs beyond the basic shipping rate will not be reimbursed.

Size Exchange Policy

If you ordered the incorrect size, we will exchange the item for the correct size under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us by email to request a size exchange.

  2. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

  3. The original item must be received by Creations by the Nyle before the replacement item is shipped.

  4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and shipping the replacement size.

  5. Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size and are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged and the claim has been approved under our Damaged Item Replacement Policy.

  • All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Creations by the Nyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

  • For damaged item replacements, the basic return shipping cost will be reimbursed after the returned item and a valid shipping receipt have been received and approved.

  • For size exchanges, all shipping costs, including the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the replacement item, are the responsibility of the customer.
